A large scale Hunter Valley acreage project with newly built modern architectural home encompassed by a boutique vineyard and horse stud. The design engaged purposeful planting selections coping with local environmental conditions and the build success was attributed to extensive drainage and irrigation systems. Maintained since 2008.
